One of the best ways to build relationships with your clients and create loyalty is to solve a problem for them. Your product or service should meet a need of your target audience. But, after they purchase your product or use your service, what else might they need to know to be satisfied or successful?
Answer those questions and you have the foundation of a terrific publication. Articles on maintenance, unique uses of the product, and upcoming specials or events are appropriate. But, don't forget to add a little personality and delight. Try fun facts about your staff, a seasonal or holiday piece, a testimonial or even a cute story or joke to bring a smile to your client's face.
Remember, your customers are people too. Get to know them and let them know you. Before you know it, you'll be on your way to creating a loyal customer base and establishing brand preference.
