I founded Karasmatic Consulting in 1999 the same way many of you will start your organization this year—with little to no resources and a big dream, or calling, as I like to put it.

At that time, I was working at an advertising agency and was good at it. So good, friends and business people in my realm of influence noticed. I began volunteering my advertising skills to a burgeoning ministry. I found my true love...helping people start from scratch.

Next thing you know, I quit my job to start my own business. (OMG! Of course, my dad freaked out. How will you live? How will you pay your bills? Just regular questions any father wants to know. I said without any doubt, “God is going to help me.”)

And, He did.

Now it hasn’t always been easy. But, it is worth it. We’ve helped clients overcome the challenges of dwindling budgets, small staff, inexperienced volunteers and tight deadlines to name a few.
